The most important ingredient in all our products is our customer's happiness. Amrita Aromatherapy supports all products we offer with our 100% guarantee. This means that if you buy a product from Amrita Aromatherapy, and are unhappy with its performance, or have an allergic reaction to it - you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date.
You may also return unopened products for a refund or credit within 30 days of the ship date.
Please Note: shipping charges on returns are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us, unless the return is a result of our error.
Returns are required to have a return authorization number issued by our office in order to be received by our warehouse.
Easy returns
In order to return an item, a return authorization (RA#) must be issued within 30 days of the ship date of the original order. If you would like to return an item, please call us toll-free at 1-800-410-9651 or email us at returns@amrita-essentials.com to obtain a return authorization, and instructions on how to send your shipment back. Returns will not be refunded without a previously issued return authorization from our office.
When sending an item(s) back, please note on the original packing slip, which items you are returning, and whether the item(s) is a) unopened or b) used. In cases where you have had an allergic reaction, please note on the packing slip brief details of the allergic reaction you experienced, and which products you reacted to.
Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your return shipment. Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, or credit. In the case of a return resulting from an allergic reaction, we will ask you to bear the cost to ship the item back to us, and if you wish to try a different product we will pay the cost to send the replacement item to you.
Unfortunately, we can only issue a refund or credit. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have an unopened item in it's original condition/packaging and would like to exchange it, please follow the above procedure to return it and get a refund, then place a new order for the new items you want.
If you are shipped the wrong item by mistake, or the item you received is damaged, we will re-ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, we will pay the cost to ship that item back to us, or send a courier to pickup the item at our expense.
We ship all our orders via UPS. All orders are shipped next business day.
Domestic shipments: UPS Ground, UPS 3-Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
UPS Ground is delivered 3-7 business days starting from the next business day the order was received.
