Amrita recommends the following recipe:

- 3 oz (6 tablespoons) of Coarse Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1.5 oz (3 tablespoons) of Fine Pink Himalayan Salt
- 5 Drops of Organic Lavender Extra Bulgarian Essential Oil
- 2 Drops of Organic Rose Geranium Essential Oil
- 2 Drops of Organic Sweet Orange Essential Oil
- 1/4 Cup of Dried Calendula, Rose, or Lavender Flowers (if you have them available)
Recommended Directions:
Mix the essential oils with the fine salt until blended well. Add the coarse salt and flowers next. Package this mixture into a lidded jar along with a cotton muslin bag. To use, simply add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of this mixture to the muslin bag, drape over the faucet, and allow hot water to run through the bag as the tub fills. Toss the bag in the tub once filled with water and soak away.
Additional Recipes:
If you are looking for a way to soothe your nerves, then increase the lavender drops to 7 and remove the sweet orange drops. If you are looking for a way to uplift your spirit, then increase the rose geranium and sweet orange drops to 5 and remove the lavender drops. No matter which combination of these 3 essential oils, you should not use more than 2% (10 drops per 1/2 cup of bath salt).
