People have been using essential oils for various conditions for thousands of years. Although we can't guarantee results, you may like to try the following natural remedy for yourself. Or return to the Blend This With This For This page for more remedies.

Aging skin? Carrot seed essential oil is a wonderful essential oil for skin care, in particular suitable for aging skin! It’s very gentle on the skin and does wonders for rejuvenating the skin, muscles, hair, eyes and more. It contains antioxidants that are believed to prevent aging and free-radical damage.

For use on the skin dilute up to 2% in any carrier oil; 2% is approximately 1 teaspoon (5ml) of essential oil per 1 cup (250ml) of carrier oil, or about 10 drops essential oil to a tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil.

For aged skin or wrinkles add 1-2% in any carrier oil or an unscented facial care product.

Age spots? The Mayo Clinic says: “Age spots are very common in adults older than age 50. But, younger people can get them too, especially if they spend a lot of time in the sun.”Moroccan Blue Chamomile" (also known as “Blue Tansy”) essential oil is said to help lighten them.
