Certified Organic Nutmeg Essential Oil (CO2) is used in herbal medicine for gastrointestinal ailments, general fatigue, and as a massage oil to relieve muscular aches and pains.
*Please note: Depending on the climate, CO2 essential oils can sometimes not be liquid at room temperature and may arrive to you as a solid. If this is the case, please place the bottle in the enclosed bag. Place the bag in a pot of warm water, or run the bag under warm water, and the essential oil will become liquid again. This process will not harm the oils nor cause the oil to lose its aroma and effectiveness.

Nutmeg has been used in herbal medicine for gastrointestinal ailments such as diarrhea, gastric spasms and flatulence. It is an excellent oil to add to a massage oil because of its warming property for muscular aches and pains, as well as for rheumatism.
