Topical Application Only (for use on the skin):
- Massage and topical application: Massage undiluted solution onto affected areas as often as needed.
- Full Body Massage: only do once a week for deep release of tension.
- Massage on skin at bedtime and sleep with it on the soles of your feet, tummy, and/or heart chakra.
- Aromatic Bath: Add 1 tablespoon to a warm bath for additional release of tension once a week.

LOVE this company's products, but disappointed with the change in this product.
I first purchased this blend when I lived in Fairfield, about 7 years ago. When I first smelled it, I felt a sense of calm and peace wash throughout my entire being. It was absolutely heavenly, to say the least. I only bought one bottle and savored it for the last 7 years. I recently ran out and purchased another one on Amazon. I was so excited to replenish my supply of this other-worldly, bottle of blissful perfection. However, When I opened the bottle and smelled it, I didn't have the same experience as before. It smelled different, and I didn't feel ANYTHING when I smelled it. I was surprised, and disappointed. I wondered why it seemed so different. I compared the ingredients on the new bottle to the ingredients on the old bottle and saw that the formula no longer has rosewood oil in it, but everything else appears to be the same. Apparently, rosewood oil was the key ingredient to the perfect balance of this blend, creating the immediate experience of peace I had each time I smelled it. And now it isn't even close to the same. I'm giving a 5 star review anyways because I love this company's products. I think Amrita makes the highest quality essential oils that can be found anywhere. But I am disappointed that my favorite blend I've EVER had, effectively no longer exists.

Love this blend
I love this oil! I work in an industry that involves a great deal of customer service it can be very taxing on me emotionally but I do love my job. I have been using this oil daily in the morning as part of my am routine. I am very impressed with the quality of Amritas products -- this is definitely one of my favorite products
