    Which essential oils help increase energy and vitality?


    As explained in the video, the following products have traditionally been used for increasing energy and vitality:

    Energizing oils:

    • Lemon essential oil – Diffuse it or dilute it to a maximum of 2% in any carrier oil (10 drops to a tablespoon) or use diluted in a bath.
    • Lime essential oil – Diffuse it or dilute it to a maximum of 2% in any carrier oil (10 drops to a tablespoon) or dilute it and use in an aromatic bath.
    • Peppermint essential oil – Diffuse it or dilute it to 3-5% in any carrier oil (15-25 drops to a tablespoon) and apply on the forehead for mental fatigue.
    • Basil essential oil – Diffuse it or dilute it to 2% in any carrier oil (10 drops to a tablespoon) and apply on the forehead, heart and chest area to increase energy.
    • Eucalyptus essential oil – Diffuse it or dilute it to 2% in in jojoba or hazelnut oil (10 drops to a tablespoon) and apply on the skin.

    The best alarm clock: An aroma diffuser with Basil essential oil in it that starts diffusing 30 minutes before you have to get up.

    Note: You shouldn't use energizing essential oils just before bed.

    Rosemary essential oil has stimulating effects on the nervous system, helps with memory and concentration and also energizes the skeletal muscles. It’s great to use before a workout or athletic competition. Diffuse it or dilute it 2% in any carrier oil (10 drops to a tablespoon) and do a whole body massage or dilute it and use it in an aromatic bath.

    To build your general energy level and recover from chronic fatigue: Tri-Essence PowerBlend Energy Regenerator. Take 20-30 drops in small amount of water 3-4 times daily. Take as ongoing rejuvenating tonic and before and after physical exertion, or as recommended by your healthcare advisor. Caution: Avoid if pregnant or breast feeding.
